i dont think theres a real answer to that question as everyones different

i can only speak for myself but i have two types of orgasums one where i gush and ones where i do not

The none gushing orgasums are clitoris stimulated ones and if im going to be honest are much more intense and feel far better than when i gush, which are triggered by having fingers etc inserted
