Used these before and enjoyed them!! Once the large plug is in it feels great! It's just getting it over that last little bit before it tapers back in again!

I have one of these, they are fun. I use to leave it in the kitchen as it looks like a strange bottle implement . washed in Milton other well known sex cleaning products are available.

You can get them of EBay I believe under the medical equipment section. Mine was a gift.
