I had a child when I was young so have become conditioned to having sex quietly so as to avoid those awkward questions to what mummy and daddy were doing last night. How can I put this

I've been conditioned over the years to be ultra quiet during any and all sex, just incase someone hears!

I now find it very hard to make any noise during sex and even when my breathing gets loud I realise and put myself off to then control my breathing , but i am trying to change that.

I do love my lover to be noisy and vocal a big turn on and helps me know if I'm hitting the right spot.
