Abusive people not being felt with..

Yesterday Morning I had a very abusive message from a guy I had never spoken to before it was disgusting. I reported this user, his account is still live. Zero tolerance to abuse, why is he still on the site?

Block, move on with your life, talk to people who aren't abusive.

Admin will sort it. Reports can take 48 hours to be dealt with. It says that when you report.

Admin also won't necessarily remove him from the site for a first offence.

They issue warnings and take other action to begin with.

As for not having spoken to him before, he could be someone you turned down in the past on a different profile.

Some people take rejection really, really badly.
