I read an article recently about couples who strip naked and try to stand as close together without touching for as long as possible.

Apparently the sexual tension builds so much that the sex is mind blowing!!!

Anybody tried anything similar?

I think that's part of the idea scrum, watching eachother becoming more and more aroused but trying not to do anything about it. I imagine the release would be explosive for both people.
