Unless someone gives you a conclusive answer I think you'd need to experiment with it - but I'd say probably a couple of hours?

Saw a YouTube video experiment on this topic. Conclusion was it doesn't work and most likely a clever ploy by the pineapple marketing board

Just cutting out the over powering foods for a couple of days before will hell. No garlic,onions, curry, asparagus. Any pungent string smiling foods.

Also drink lots of water, litres a day, then eat or drink citrus fruits, pineapple, maybe a bit if cinnamon mixed in your food.

As said previously. Plenty of fluids as dehydration makes cum yucky. A healthy diet with fruit and veg will make cum taste better! Not that I'd know
