can anyone explain the following - as it has me somewhat puzzled.

You receive a wink, you respond with a polite non pushy thank you, look forward to hearing from you, message.

Next, Message is deleted, you never hear again......

I do have my own conspiracy theories on this, would be interested in others!!

In my view, if I wink at someone that doesn't mean that I am going to drop my knickers for them if the rest of the package (eg personality, ability to banter, decent messages) isn't there. Usually I wink if I like the pics. So a guy who interpreted this as "she wants to fuck me" and sent a crap oneliner message would just get deleted. A wink shows that your profile caught my eye - you still need to engage my brain.....
