Literally just out of interest is there a some kind of licence you need to open a club? And are clubs allowed alcohol licences? I dont wanna open a club just interested in knowing x

If a club has a licence to sell alcohol the police can enter at anytime. Hence most are bring your own.

You have to be licensed by the local authorities. Even if you don't sell alcohol but only serve it on a "bring your own booze " basis you still need one.

Some councils are more likely to grant a license than others.

Cheers guys but what licence does a swinger club need to operate? Is just a premises licence? Cheers
