There are various points of view on that which come into the debate, so its not as simple as yes & no !! Firstly the porn industry sensationalises the messy ending in two ways, its either all over the place " messy ending / facial/ pearl necklace etc " or its more precise, as in, directly in the mouth, some ladies hate it, some love it and those that do either like it all over, or in the mouth or both.
