Club meet vs Private

When searching through profiles, we filter and decide who we want to approach, message and maybe meet. But in clubs we just approach others.... So why do we give profiled members more filtering than club goers?

Wouldn't we filter out the club goers too, if we had more to go on? Hardly seems fair on the profiled members.....

Easier to judge people when you meet them in person at a Club, you can chat and get to know them and see if you hit it off.

People you meet at clubs are already there, people you meet one on one you have to make sure they'll turn up.

But you do filter club goers too. On here you base your filtering on their profiles, pics and veris. At a club you filter by their looks, dress, body, the chat etc.

I'm fairly certain that you don't approach everyone in a club asking for sex do you?

True, yet still they get more chance than sometimes ruthless filtering via profiles.

Hadn't viewed it that way. No, we certainly don't approach or interact with all and sundry at a club. Same visual filters apply. And you can add a brilliant filter too: how do they smell xx

I think you probably still filter, but in a different way. For example you might see a couple that looked great on their profile, but then in a club they might be really d*unk and loud and obnoxious, so you don't play with them. Alternatively you might so a sexy couple in there you both like the look of, but maybe they rushed their profile and it looks a bit crap, or their photos are a bit rubbish or maybe they dont even have any public pics up, which is why you might have passed their profile by on fab.

When we play at clubs and parties it's about if we get on with the people and find them attractive, we've had play meets and then post meet looked at there profile to verify and thought "is that really them?" how we interpret a profile and how people set up there profile may come across as very different to how the people are in real life, so I guess now we take little notice of profiles apart from obvious no no's, try to establish a rapport quickly and get on with just meeting people x

We don't play when too much alcohol is involved.

No pics on profile or via messages? We don't chat. So club goers get that advantage.

Online before meeting or offline in person you'll always be filtering, sussing out etc, deciding if they're for you and your comfy. Vice versa, them to you.

Online or off all the info is collected in the mind, plus a chunk of gut feel, and a decision is made.

because clubs are exremely limited to just the people who are there. on fab, you have thousands of options so you can afford to be more fussy

and as someone above said, you do filter at clubs based on other criteria, looks, chat etc....there's just alot less choice so you can't infinately whittle down potentials based on whatever you want your criteria to be that day like you can on line..
