At what point do you send pictures...

If you are a private person, at what point would you send pictures to someone else?

I got blocked for not sending a picture after the 2nd message.. Even though I got a display picture and they didn't..

I like to have a conversation before hand even if it's 3 or 4 messages....

If we message someone first we send a photo of us .... If not its in return to others photos

I always try to make sure I don't know the person first by asking what part of the city they are from.

It could be awkward if they live near by

If someone messages me, I would expect a face pic to be sent with their first message unless they already have some on their profile I can look at.

I don't want to waste my or their time by chatting for a while and then getting a face pic to find I'm not attracted to them.

They contact me, they send first

I contact them, I send first

I do send a face pic even if I don't fancy the person (exception being if I know them)

There are too many on here who wish to maintain their own privacy whilst wishing for you to compromise yours.

I don't care 'what the odds are' or 'who calls the shots', contact me first and I'll want to see your face(s) before you see mine.

so what happens if after those 3 or 4 messages you're not attracted to each other?

Seems like you would of both wasted each others time, i personally think if you don't have a picture on your profile you should send one with the first message

The only pics we desire are face pics. If someone contacts us first we would expect them to send face pics first and visa versa if we make initial contact.

If there aren't photos with the first message then I'm not interested. I'm not going to waste both our time trying to coax out what a guy looks like only to find that he does nothing for me.

You don't walk up to someone you fancy with a bag on your head and they then have the challenge of getting you to take it off.

I don't care how nice a personality you have if I'm not attracted to you. This isn't a dating site.

I want a face pic straight away. Though sometimes I forget if the message was nice.

When it comes to the reveal, if they aren't my type I will say so.

And I prefer a no thanks from a guy rather than all kinds of excuses.

The particular person actually messaged me first.. So it threw me off when they demanded they wanted a picture...

I've never counted how many messages but probably after 4-5 when there's been a bit of banter.

I can usually tell after a couple of messages if it's a 'no' and would say so that we're not wasting time chatting.

If I message someone I attach pictures with the first message....if they message me I like to see pictures, if I don't see any after a couple of messages I usually stop contact
