Just do not dare to imply what they are doing does not have a solid scientific basis or they'll sue your arse off. Or maybe the Simon Singh case taught them a costly lesson.

Osteopaths for me... Muscular and skeleton... They work with both in equal quantities...

Don't think cheap... You want good!

The different disciplines work better for different people and problems, it will be trial and error till you find what works for you
