Very much depends on the context. I spent almost every spare moment of the summer on various nudist beaches which was lovely and somewhere where people expected nudity. Probably not as advisable to stroll down to Waitrose in the buff, and certainly not in this weather!!

We're a keen naturist couple and we love being nude when it is warm enough - in the right locations though. Beaches, naturist clubs and we even go to a naturist caravan site in Dorset each year.

You can't beat the feeling of being nude with the fresh air all over your body. It's also a very social thing with everybody being exactly the same, it breaks down barriers and the friendliness at these locations is great.

If you are swimming or on a beach, what is the point of a pair of trunks or bikini or one piece?? It doesn't keep you warm, it doesn't keep you dry. All it does is harbour millions of bacteria. Go naked!

Well there are different types really. Like the idea of a nudist beach or resort with everyone fully on show and relaxed. Everyone knowing what to expect so no real risk of being shocked lol. Just free to be an show whatever.

Like the idea of getting semi or fully naked in slightly more risky places, not talking about fully public ones, for some naughty fun. The slight risk of being seen and the aspect of it being naughty is such a turn on.

Then there is the flashing of some skin, either intentionally or accidentally, while our and about. Maybe a shorts skirt and no undies, maybe some hold ups or stocking on show, a sheer top or for some daring people maybe a coat and very little else. I find this much more of a turn on to be fair and love being out with my ex partners showing off and being daring a little as well as seeing a glimpse of someone else showing something that while out.

We are two people who don't feel comfortable being naked in company. Even when we go to Chams I like wearing a towel and my 'significant other' likes wearing lingerie.

However we went to Spain recently and visited naturist beaches and loved it. It was very liberating but found some single males hanging about very annoying. I'm not in any way built like a God but I loved it and to my amazement so did she. Roll on holidays and more naturist beaches

I've been to a nudist beach and I loved it. Went with an ex and we both got totally naked and loved every second. I don't much fancy going back as a single guy as the reputation of the single guy isn't great. So I'll probably leave it till I've got a partner in crime again then hit the nudist scene with full force lol x

Kit off for both of us as soon as we hit the sun and are totally at ease naked in clubs (Decent bodywork on Jen but Al needs restoring). In fact Jen feels a little uncomfortable in lingerie at clubs and is much happier naked.

It's really quite easy, you just take your clothes off and lie down, usually on a towel that you have arranged do you are facing the sun.

but we know of a cple of beaches where we can bathe and play and also go to local club where play is accepted

We have found that many swingers find it difficult to grasp that whilst many swingers are naturists very few naturists are swingers, and furthermore many of the beaches are family oriented. So, it is no more acceptable to behave sexually in a naturist environment than it is in somewhere like a supermarket. That doesn't mean you won't get turned on, just that you have to behave.

There are exceptions of course, such as Cap d'Agde and the dunes at Maspalomas, but places like Studland are not exceptions.

Naturist's, especially CCBN members, most likely but "social nudists"? More than you may think but they'll often be put off by the meerkats lurking in the dunes.

Clubs can change. Down our way Tything Barn - gorgeous venue - had a reputation for a VERY easy going attitude . . but a change of management swept ALL that away. Now even if a hubby bonks his wife in their own tent they'll get a lifetime ban . . they even send their son out with their German shepherd as a "dog patrol".

We didn't like the meerkats at all, made us very uneasy.

What a shame Tything Barn has changed. I met the old couple that owned it about twenty years ago, they were lovely.

Have you ever noticed that virtually all the couples using the nudist beach section at Morfa Dyffren have those partly open fisherman's tents and the opening faces the sea where the wind is coming from? It's the masses of meerkats bouncing up and down on top of the dunes!

The elderly couple at Tything Barn still live in the house, we think they are still the property owners but they've leased the business to a couple in their 30's. Whilst the draconian regime has brought in new holiday-makers - CCBN likely - numbers are down as a lot of local people will now travel to Pembrey instead. We've talked with non-swinging locals who used to go there that say they detest being watched with binoculars by the new management. As owners of the business they're entitled to run it as they wish . . but not treat long standing customers like shit!

we go to eureakas mainly daytime visits and occasionally a party nite

in the summer eureakas is awesome outside pool woodlands and meadows with no rules just be respectfull to others, the woods and meadow are the main places where others openly play often with an audience, with good indoor facilitys hot tub sauna ect if the weather turns bad,

the partys in the eve are something else

As an occasional naturist I quite like it in the warmer weather. I like the freedom of not wearing clothes and generally wander around naked at places like Kestrels. At home I am rarely fully dressed.

We are naturists and are naked most of the time indoors and outdoors where possible. There's nothing like the fresh air on your body . we are hoping to get to cap d arg. Soon to be totally naked for 2 whole weeks . the only clothes will have with us will be the clothes we arrive in..we will even be bare foot for whole time. Ooo lovely

There's a big difference between nudism and exhibitionism. A genuine exhibitionist will welcome and get turned on by being watched. A genuine nudist will not it's really that simple.

I'm a genuine voyeur and would only get turned on by genuine exhibitionism, sadly some men get turned on in any nude situation.

Females who flash discreetly in public is fine if they're careful and nobody unaware is involved.

Public nudity is a big no from me - I'm not body confident AT ALL. I'd be horribly self-conscious in a naturist situation - even at Kestrels I cover up with a sarong or a robe.

Zed, on the other hand, loves being naked and gets his kit off whenever he can. We've been to Studland and have been to Kestrels on many occasions. We've also been to Eurekas a couple of times but it wasn't for us.

Totally agree. Love the freedom of being naked but it should never be done anywhere but a suitable place

I like being naked. More often than not I'm naked at home and have no problem with it somewhere appropriate.
