most of our Family knows as my auntie so me on TV BBC and told most of my mama Brothers and sisters, they was supposed to blank out our faces off but never did as the story they was doing went wrong we where extras at lachambre to fill the club, and our grown-up Kids know that to thank to some slut but our kids are ok with it just don't let them know what we are doing doesn't feel right At all

2 adult kids know plus a step dad. A few close friends know too. We don't hide what we do but we don't publish it either.

Our eldest son (he's 24) sussed on what we are up to and his girlfriend told us he knew but didn't want to approach us about it. We had a talk with him and told him that yes we do swing and it's our lives and we'll do what we want and if you don't like it then tough. He said he's no problem with it as long as we are happy, we sat down with our younger son who's 21 as we thought it was only fair that he knew and he's no problem with what we're doing in fact he's intrigued and asked questions. We feel relieved now that they know and there's no more lying about where we're going x

My oldest daughter knows due to Swingfields 2015 getting so much press coverage (I was there). Others know/suspect but rarely comment on it.

No they never judge us .. I'm proud to have family like them .. For an Asian couple we are damn lucky .. Then we also come from the land of Kamasutra ..

Families can be funny things, we are very close, but sex is NEVER discussed in our family. We have been a family of virgins for many many generations, we are all adopted and none of us has ever had sex, honest

But we are out to our friends, and one of my motivations for sharing was to break down the shame and taboo around alternative relationship types.

Interesting thread and have been following but one thing that keeps coming back to me is -why?. Why would you want to tell them? Do you ring up your mum/dad brother etc and say "wow, had great sex with the other half last night"

I am sure my late father guessed that there was something non-traditional about my marriage. But he was discrete enough never to discuss it or ask questions.

My mother is incredibly straight laced and traditional as are others of her generation in my family. She'd be horrified and very hurt if she knew what my wife and I get up to together and separately.

I think this is one of the main reasons that some people don't like Swingers.

Some Swingers are obsessed with telling the world about their sex life. Every single intimate detail. They don't care that the other people really don't want to know about their sex lives, and wish they would just shut the fuck up.
