It's as simple as finding a profile you like then clicking the "Invite as a Friend" link.

However, it is polite to exchange a few messages first and/or chat in the Chatrooms. Also - ask if you cen send an invite - at least they know one is on the way.

Otherwise, you'll most likely get deleted and blocked.

Probably best to get a couples profile, chat to couples you're interested in then ask if they might accept a friend invite.
