Me. I have one every six months or so. I wake up orgasming, soaking and then ticklish and sensitive as I am after I've just cum. I barely remember the dream. Partners have heard me groaning beforehand in my sleep but I haven't been touching myself.

Aren't these designed to clear old semen from the testicle (for guys, clearly) therefore couldn't you encourage them by not ejaculating for some time?
