I am diabetic, and find exercise and correct diet to be very beneficial with circulation.

Never had any problems, but fully understand how it can effect the guy.

It must be difficult, good luck.

we have played with couples for 'soft swing' and no penetration was expected, so can't see a problem with it if it was made clear from day one, swinging and playing is not all about getting a good hard fuck, there are loads of ways everyone could have fun out of a situation like this.

Not much different from playing with couples where the guy doesn't like condoms as they reduce the sensitivity and sometimes they loose their erections, we work around that situation too.
