Good evening people, now I am not at all having a go here about single males because I lurrrrrve the boys. What I am wanting to know is because I cant get my head round it. Why do people not show their verifications??. Ok I understand some people dont like to show too many BUT for me, if I get a message from a guy/cpl/fem who have been verified and they have the tick but its not displayed it makes me wonder if they have created another profile and verified themselves. Am I making sence lol I hope so, so anybody wanna try make me understand why they dont show they are genuine when the facility is there to do so.

I dont show mine, I think that is something special I shared with those guys, however I am happy to let them be viewed by anyone who asks. It's just a choice thing.

Some people don't like others to know who they have met. Maybe because they are embarrassed, maybe because there are so few verifications or its only a webcam one. Others hide so people they have met don't get contacted by people they are at odds with. There are so many reasons its almost impossible to say why an individual does this.

I like to see veris, as like you say, who is to say they have even had a meet. could have been a web cam veri, or phone veri. and like you say at the begining could have had a mate veri them etc etc. As for the kiss and tell comment, i wouldnt call dispalying veris a kiss and tell, they aint usually the explisit. Thats only my opinion and choice, we like to meet ppl who have had meets and the only way you can tell is by the veris.

in our op the only veries that coult are the meet ones, maybe the people who dont show them only have phone or cam ones.

but on the other hand we did meet a woman who askedd us not to verify her we later discovered she was married and playing away from home

I never used to show mine because I was of the opinion it was no one's business who I'd met. But I understand that a lot of people feel the same way as the OP so added them. I don't really put much stock my them myself, I prefer to make my own mind up - one woman's trash is another's treasure lmao

I would only verify if I asked to do so. Thus far no one has asked. I haven't even asked those I have met to verify me. That's odd.

I digress. I like to follow the verifications. Those profiles tell me more about the kind of people the one I'm looking at wants to meet.

i dont show some of my verifactions because i had some trouble on the site which is behind me now and i do not wish to go over it again.

i have met people recently and left one visible but others ive met i have left veris for and they havnt left me one so i dont really think they are that important.

I don't read verifications with a view to meeting someone. I have a mind of my own, I like to use it from time to time.

We don't show ours because its our business who we meet and no-ones elses,Im not interetsted in anyone elses either,we'll talk to them to see if we like them regardless of how many other people they have met

It does'nt affect the amount of offers we get,not one person that we have ever met or spoken to on here has ever asked to see them

I don't ask for veris and I rarely verify anyone else now unless they're newish and need to get on the ladder so to speak because I know how much having them means to some people

The verification tick on my profile annoys the hell out of me. It was sent, unsolicited, by some guy I don't know who had seen me on webcam in the chatroom. Another was from a guy who had never seen me on cam spoken to me or met me. I have never wanted to participate in the verification thing and prefer to attract meets under my own steam without mawkish sentimentality. I've noticed one woman on here dishes phone verifications out like smarties so its a system open for abuse. Useful to some, essential to others but a totally meaningless part of my site membership to me personally.

Profiles that are not verified in person are not worth a verification for many reasons.

Personal preference for all and its all supposed be about choice here.

I can understand why some get annoyed...

I've trained my eyes to scan a profile in 0.0007 seconds now to see if they dont like single men

Unless they are like really fit I dont even look at the pics

At the end of the day its a sex site, so verifications are another way people judge who they want to play with. I always leave a verification, but I tend to avoid them being graphic, just my style I guess.

I like to get them and, at the moment, show them.

If someone's going to decide not to meet me because I have verifications showing or they have been anal enough to cross-referenced my meets and my meets meets and decide I'm a unsuitable because they don't like who I've played with... then, hey, go for it. Glad you've got so much time on your hands!

Its very easy on this site for people to have 2 or 3 profiles running and give themselfs feedback yes its wrong and we need to mail site a report this ... Some hide feedback as there friend go read and have a go at meeting same people. Some hide as people can get nasty knowing meeting others and not them. Some hide as maybe feel people are not best looking and it makes them look hard up for sex. Some hide because thay like to keep it all to themselfs who thay meet. Some hide some as dont wish to look like thay sleep around loads. All sorts of resons.

actually I went thru this entire "do I show them or not" debate myself... and for a long time I didn't because like others have said what I do with other people in really no one elses business...

remember what verification was originally there for, that some is genuine, they are who they say they are and that they turned up.... nothing more

the problem for me with a lot of the verifications that are written is that they are so graphic and basically a "play by play" of the entire meet... no discretion at all!!! it was like they were boasting about what they did and that absolutely just does nothing for me at all....

totally understand both sides of the arguement so I came up with my own solution

I will only should the verifications that are not graphic.... call it a "best of both worlds" solution, and I don't write any that are graphic at all...

if i think it is too graphic then I don't show it either... and I think that it gets the message across as well...

some folks have no common sense and write things like ..... had a great session , this slut knows how to suck cock and let me do her ass etc , now you tell me who the fuck would want that kind of thing displayed on their profile for a perspective meet , if you want to treat people like trash thats your perogative , but dont expect others to agree with ya , some of the verifications ive seen are cringeworthy , and i daee say even a harlot would be embarrassed by the crude language used .

Very drastic and a stupid idea. I think some people on here just don't get fab at times.

Most I talk to want to be honest and have honest profiles then there are some on here cause they think it's funny to mess people around arrange meets and not turn up

I don't show the veris on here - I'll show them if someone asks, but no-one has yet. Part of the reason why I do it is because I don't want some people seeing who I've met. I'll read people's verifications if they have them - but it's not the be all and end all - the last person I met from here wasn't verified.

I'd like a 2-tier verification system - say a yellow tick for phone/ webcam veris and a green tick for meet verifications - that way you could see whether someone had met or not - if you 'need' to.

Completely agree. I've had such like written and they're not on my profile. Vulgar and not in tune with what I'm about at all. One guy asked me why I'd not showed his verification and I told him it was for this reason. A verification is to show that someone is who their profile states them to be, not a ratings war for who's the best fuck! Tacky!

Quite right I don't want to be forced to do anything by others unsolicited actions. I opened the verification and that was that - I was a new member and not sure of the procedure and I did not add any to my profile after seeing what the procedure was, so I am au fait now. It's for me to decide how I go about exploring and interacting on this site. If I don't want verifications or a tick or to display a friends list or to write anythign on it then thats up to me. As for deleting and setting up a new account - again why should I have to? I'd lose the subscription fee I paid. I am not annoyed by a 'green tick' I'm annoyed about the circumstances of how I was given these 'verifications' had you read my post properly. Annoyed two people who do not know me took it upon themselves to deem themselves the ones to verify me falsely. Thats what irks me. I like that I care about things I participate in. I am not one of the couldn't care less people on this site who doesn't get fazed by other peoples behaviour. To say my annoyance is drastic is a little harsh. I don't think Im being dramatic in expressing my anecdote in the form of a cautionary tale for other new inexperienced users to read about. I think its a bit drastic that people respond to the posts and get over personal and tell others what they should do or what frame of mind they are in. Seems a tad rude to me - or do I have a nerve now for objecting to being called dramatic?

We show all of our verifs, to us it demonstrates to others that we are genuine, and it gives them a "flavour" of the type of people we are.

I am not insuinuating that those that hide them are not genuine, people are entitled to use their profile in whichever way they wish.

We show ours because we use other peoples verifs in the same way.

Some people dont like to see loads of verifs on a potential playmates profile, reasons vary, but thats their choice too.

All a verification can tell you is... the person is likely to be the gender they say they are. But I would still expect people to want to talk on the phone to check that.

Anything else written in a verification should be taken with a pinch of salt... though once or twice I have felt like contacting trading standards.

The main reasons I don't display mine:

1 - I don't feel the need to prove anything to anyone, if someone wants to read something into that it's up to them... no skin off of my nose.

2 - I can see no valid reason why everyone on this site needs to know who I have met or fucked.

That's odd because the only real timewasters I have ever encountered were verified... at least one by me.

Just because someone met someone else once, it does not mean they didn't fuck them around another time and piss 20 other people about in the mean time.

here here lot of verifcations are a load of bullshit i choose not to show mine as it is between me and other party ....why have em you say ...well they are there if needed and to remind me of event lol pity cant put the truth on verifications then i wonder how many would display ermmm not here to argue ...just my opinion thats all

I think people hide their verifications to hide the fact they havnt met anyway

if you are only web cam or phone verified and hide verifications it just shows as a verified profile and dont say verified in what way
