To answer the OP, the simple answer is no.

We've been seeing one guy for the last 4 years, 3-4 times a year and we wouldn't even consider BB with him, let alone strangers. My OH likes this other guy so much he's even allowed me 121 meets with him at hotels and while I know he'd never ask, he knows I'd never say yes anyway.

The question isn't about bareback generally, it's about specifically changing your mind when you intended to play safe. I think most people that play bareback intend to, rather than make it a last minute decision.
