Renting friends flat for a night

Has anyone else done this? We've paid to use a friends place as it was a bit secluded and had no neighbours. Perfect for making all the noise in the world. Plus plenty free off rd parking.

We couldn't host at ours, walls r paper thin! Can hear my neighbour fart lol

However. He has stayed In the property on one or two meets. Never left the room he was in. But this made arranging gangbangs feel a lot safer.

Anyone else agree ?

Yes, after everyone leaves we clean up and leave his place in good clean order. Take all the rubbish out with us.

He's never been even slightly interested in watching or joining in. We've known him a long time and there is a lot of trust.

Lesson learned on not having red wine though. Lol
