Not sure if it is an urban myth that gay men will often have a Scorpian tattoo on their ass to warn people they are HIV. Anyone heard this?

The classic one is the old school swallow on the hand. It originated in french prisons to denote if you were a giver or taker depending on which hand it was on...

Not wise to point out to a biker who is 3 times your size though
