thats the problem its not up to you, everyone has their own views, interests and fetishes. Its up to the op if his fetish is black women. How can you tell him what his fetish can and cant be. People have fetishes about big boobs, does that mean that every woman on here with big boobs can swear and say that they are not a fetish to that certain person?

Both are correct really. There are several definitions of the word fetish, but what they all seem to have in common is the notion of idolizing. The idea that you can take an object, thing or person and elevate it beyond what it is, but also devoid of everything else, is what qualifies fetish behaviour. Therefore to be seen as a fetish is indeed insulting, but it isn't the idea of the fetishist simply the effect of their obsession.

So men who fixate upon women's breasts, or women who fixate on the size of a man's cock tend to, or behave in such a way that they ignore the person attached to them. And to the receiver of that attention it is highly insulting.
