Swinging clubs for single guys

I'm looking at taking the plunge and making a visit to a swingers club for the first time.

Am I right in thinking that a lot of clubs have a waiting list for single guys?

Also, which clubs in the East Midlands area would you recommend to a single guy for his first visit.

I recommend La Chambre in Sheffield - it's very single-guy-friendly (on Fridays and Sundays), as long as you follow good etiquette. Have a look at their website, for good 'tips for single guys' and other useful advice. As far as I know, there is no waiting list for single guys, but you can maybe give them a call to find out.

I used to go to a Sunderland club as a single guy. There was never a waiting list but i did get some hassle in the couples room, even though i was part of a three-some

I think i can answer that.... if you go as a 3 you are still not allowed in the couples only room of that club... and people are told that....

so back to the thread.... if you are looking at going, just do your research first... nothing wrong with going and the first time in just taking it all in and not playing....

just talk to people rather than just doing the "following people around" thing...

Thanks for everyones advice. Much appreciated.

It seems that the best thing is to go along with no expectations and just go with the flow. I'd probably feel most comfortable with this approach anyway.

Just hoping to gain the experience and get to know a few people there and hopefully have some fun which would be an added bonus.

i have been to adam and eves in eccles, manchester quite a few times there is no restriction or resentment of single guys i have always had fun there and find the people and staff very friendly its a very relaxed and friendly place and as a single guy i would strongly recomend you give it a try, just dont pester the couples or single girls be polite and you will be happy with the results

to be honest with you, im from mansfield originally so have been to all the clubs close by and i'd take the time and effort to travel, la chambre and club 101 are both pretty close to you but there are so much more better clubs about, even tho i could get to both of them clubs within half a hour i still used to drive to chameleons in darlaston (walsall) which is about 75 mins from you or partners in bury which is about 90 mins

Suppose it depends what your after, quickness of getting there and back or a better club

hope thius helps lol
