Its the mugshot pics that get me. They can be quite scary when opening them to have a look.

It drives us crazy, We have turned people down, quite a few actually, because the men have refused to send a pic of Mr smiling. So many look like serial killers!

Smiles all round on mine , how can you be grumpy and bringing everyone else down ,but I've seen what you mean not even a moan Lisa half smile just complete depression and frowns , but what do I know I'm a young newbie
