Do you mention you're looking forward to meeting despite no meet being arranged yet?

Some guys i have said i wanna meet, they're at work when i'm free so it's hard to arrange a meet but they go on about looking forward to meeting, but as it's not been arranged idk what to say to them and stop chatting.
