Has anyone got any experiences and/or advice on making the most of those e-stim machines ? We have one and find it can be very exciting.

oh yes lots of fun to be had.. generally agreed shouldnt be used above the waist though for erotic purposes without special precautions.

"The use of Electro Stimulation (E-Stim) units for erotic pleasure (electrosex!) is widely enjoyed by many people, but as with most activities there are some safety considerations. E-Stim is generally considered to be unsuitable for anyone with a pacemaker, or medical infusion device; a heart disturbance; during pregnancy and should never be used above the waist (hand-to-hand counts as 'above the waist')."
