I don't get it ... if you're very polite, what do you think people might suspect you of? Wanting sex, without promising 'a relationship'? I think we all know that that is why we are members of Fab.

What do you think that people might suspect you of?

Don't tell me you sent a well crafted, polite, witty, personal message without attaching a picture of your knob?!!

You're a single fem really, aren't you?!!

im always polite to everybody its just the way i am if that makes anybody suspicious of me then thats their issue not mine, this is a site for meeting people for fun its not a site for finding out peoples life stories,so if people decide not to say much about themselves then that shouldnt arouse suspicion either,we are all here to have fun basicaly

Ah, I get it now - it's the old 'women only like bastards' argument! By all means try it for a while if you like, but don't expect to be any more successful, because trust me - we don't really like bastards.

You can't possibly know what other men are sending! In my experience some men that do send polite, well crafted etc messages haven't read, or chose to ignore my preferences!

Doesn't matter how a message waxes lyrical: if the sender is a 5ft 4, 30 year old married man his message is deleted: unread!

Now if ever I read a statement that says people on here lack manners and are inarticulate this is it.

no inever think mannors is an issue . its the lack of them which is the problem on the site .

if you send polite messages and get no response it could be meny varied reasons . the person/cpl youve messages just arent that into you ,the message maybe polite but not spark interest ect ect .

personally id wonder why you went off site and now back and if that was gonna happen again once you had a cpl of meets .plus huge one for me is that you dont accomm. that always raises a question with me even though you may have very valid reason .unfortunatly most will think married guy and there for may refrain from getting back to you .

end of the day there are thousands of guys on here and its not easy for anyone to get genuine meets ,just takes time and patience .

I often have a look at the sender's profile before reading their message. I'll be honest... I would read the title of your profile, roll my eyes, not bother reading any further, go back to your message and delete it without reading it.

I am polite, been on here a while, had a couple of meets, but more than anything, have had a laugh with some people who I am never going to meet, either due to distance or age or status, or prefferance, you have to be prepaired to put some effort in. You get out what you put in

Not really sure about the point of your question!

But this from your profile, ""I was on here previously and had a great time, met some fantastic people and had a lot of fun on the way"" suggests you already know the score, so................??

I dislike and delete and block anyone that sends me a message that is crude as a first message. If someones profile has a header about timewasters or fed up with being messed around... Then that wont be a profile that i would be interested in.

Give me politeness any time x

Treat people how you wish to be treated so if your a polite person in general then why change? I would rather have a lovely polite message anyday over one asking to see me cock! Heres hoping

Whats the point in being impolite when you don't get your way? Just move on. If someone is rude they are not worth it.

Just be yourself as others have said.

I'm always polite, (not done me any harm on here) - manners cost nothing.

Its true that not every girl will like you being too polite, but its also true that those ones that do will probably be on your wavelength and threfore more compatible with you and you'll have more fun!

GOOD LUCK!

Have manners be polite and if there is a couple involved and your a single man think how lucky you may be to be invited into someone elses personal space

There is nothing wrong with being nice in fact just as long as your honest
