been to several saunas in Holland and all are naturist as they believe you should enjoy a sauna in the natural way naked, they have plenty of public saunas all over Holland and the facilitys are great, most tho are naturist and sex play is not common in these places , but are great to chillout in and relax with a bit of perving thrown in
