What's the best way to organise a gangbang?

It's a fantasy of ours for Jo to have a group of guys for a night. Is there an easy way to organise this or is there anyone that can help out/join in?

Do people get any problems with people not turning up? Or any issues with hotels wondering where all these guys are going to?
