Why do men these days always think that women enjoy being an object, the centre of attention?

I would say that some women do like being the centre of attention. As long as someone is paying them attention, whoever it is,they are happy.

This is somwhat confusing. Imo it's a question of empathy and connecting. Some ladies I think post pictures because they enjoy the attention but perhaps aren't really into swinging and some guys see women a forgive the expression a hole to fuck. There's a little usery in these but then so is life. I know some people are very blunt which is not attractive. Call me old fashioned but I like to share the fun, not be a dildo for other people, you can buy those online.

So you're saying that if I am with a group of friends and I am the one talking at the time, making me the centre of attention, that makes me an object?

I think this is very well said. In some ways men are treated a lot like objects on here, too. Its definitely something worth thinking about.

So, some men think some women are like objects. And some women like being like objects, being the centre of attention.

Just don't rush into meets, so you out the wrong-uns. Or perform a floor show at a club.

I think some of it is just poor relationship skills on guys behalf. Are you finding it across all age ranges op?

Well the simple answer would be "porn". The more complicated answer would be people like me who absolutely love being treated like a sexual object and love being the centre of attention. I do actually love it. Maybe the blend of the two in real life as well as porn life makes guys think this way? I don't know?

In an interesting twist! In a meeting at work, or even given the full glaze of a "normal" social stare, I would turn bright red and start stuttering. Weird!

This is the case but I get it. The ladies on here get tons of messages so it makes the guys worth less like sausages in a supermarket... obviously we all want what we desire, why else would we be here but I don't have time to deal with people who aren't respectful because it's not attractive. I don't want an hollow disappointing meet like that. If you like someone you can get more into the moment and have more intense enjoyment. fun all round.

If you objectify yourself then some people are gonna forget you're a human and not a sex object. It is off putting though i agree.

Well porn reveals a truth that men tend to be very visually orientated and it can skew our outlook. It depends whether your connecting to the person or lusting after their TnA like a warm apple pie or something.

I guess it's subjective. So to redefine crudely, Personally I like the attraction, flirtation, sensuality and empthy to rev up the passion and desire but also some animalistic fucking in the moment.

it is about respect and self respect, the women who allow themselves to be treated like pieces of meat are doing the rest of their sex a diservice

I totally disagree with that statement. I have my kinky personality, where I am a fuck toy, and it is my pleasure to be used as such. I have my love life, where I enjoy slow, sensual sex, as well as any kinks that are passable. And I have the real world, where I run my own, financially successful business and manage other people. I knowingly allow people to treat me in a disrespectful manner within my fantasy world. In real life, I don't tolerate a glimmer of bullshit. And that includes people from the real world who enter into my fantasy world.

Nothing wrong with that, kinka hot actually. I mean more about how I'm approached rather than the sex. Being a fuck toy can be very satisfying and enjoyable but expect a certain level of respect on the approach.

I agree with you. If it is part of your kink and consensual, then you shouldn't be judged for it. There are women who would say we are all doing our sex a disservice by simply being on this site. Its rubbish. I control how men treat me. Other women don't have an impact on it.

Interesting debate .... finally, thanks op. I hate being the centre of attention. I dont feel I need it or want it. Often people assume I want to be, being the woman. Mr loves being the centre of attention. I think it comes down to people making assumptions that all of one group or another are like a certain thing .... I also agree that there can be a lot of objectification of men, black men in particular. They get a lot of stick for labelling themselves BBC, but it does not work this way for women generally. Everyone slags off the black guys, particularly white guys, and women slags off other women who objectify themselves. Interesting that we are less likely to slag off someone of the opposite sex. Just an observation, as my opinion is not clearly formed yet ....
