I keep having the worst nightmares! I'm not under any stress either at the moment but it's so frustrating because I will stay awake for hours after one. Like now...

Anyone suffer with them bad?

Not really nightmares, but I keep wakingup due to jjumping in my sleep. I am under stress, but no idea why I'm doing it.

I get usually 2/3 every night the type where you think your awake and yet sleeping.

It's always the same couple of dreams one is more often than the other.

I wake myself out of it lay there for ages fall back to sleep and it starts over again.

"No meds "

Then all I can say is that dreams are telling you something and if it keeps happening there's a reason. Is there anything at all that you're worried about?

Me too. Almost every night. Leaves me worn out next day.

I have had terrible nightmares my whole life. They get worse if I am stressed or over tired and as I have not been sleeping very well for the last few weeks so when I do fall asleep my nightmares are very vivid and feel very real, I always wake up in a panic and it takes a while for me to calm myself down.. Then the whole thing starts again. .

I had an awful one last wewk in which both my uncle and my ex boss (in their late 70s) died. Really unsettling and happily not true. That nightmare came out of the blue.

I used to suffer them a few years ago when I was super stressed at work and I think that back then work stress was the cause.
