I prefer some breathing room. Not that I get my head in there that often. Clamping down may feel great, but at the risk of your man coming too soon.

Personally, I think guys should do the same exercises to give themselves a bit of 'lift' when its needed.

haha, it makes good practise too.. I tend to do a set each time I get stopped at traffic lights.. lol When I am on the phone on hold, reading the forums is a common one..

I also have a machine which does the electronic stimulation like those ab machines.. Ohhhh its fantastic.. lol

Put it on 3 times a day.. and its great.. that on top of my own exercises...

I got paranoid after an ex made a nasty comment... Master has told me he has never been with anyone Tighter.. And after several kids I take that as high praise..

I have had 6 kids, and been told the same on several occassions.. Swear by pelvic floor exercises... I used to have an exercise kit that had several weights...and different sized objects. some straw sized.. you were meant to clamp down around them. I would say it worked.. :D

Do kids really make that much difference? I have one but was a c-section? Genuinely curious as I can clench very tight, but assumed that everyone could, kids or not. Only time I have ever done exercises was when I had an operations a couple of years ago and had to for, shall we say, medical reasons?
