Strange blocking situation..

I received a very nice message and face pic from a fabulous looking woman yesterday evening - we then had a bbit of a chat and she become a 'friend' on here...I had to go out and her final message was something along the lines of 'catch you again very soon'...logged on this morning and I can no longer able to view her profile as it says either I am blocked or her profile has been suspended by admin....is there anyway of knowing which of these has occurred? I am baffled by this particular situation and frustrated that I cannot contact her to find out what is going on...we only chatted briefly but were getting on very well indeed

Hmmm, sounds like she may have been suspended maybe? You're a decent guy by all accounts so that would be my best, optimistic guess.

Pm me her name on here and I'll see if I can see her. If I can't then chances are I'm correct.

Her loss.

It's a classic case of she blocked you because she didn't like what she saw.

Does your tits in doesn't it... Just when you think you're getting somewhere BANG!! You're blocked - I chatted to a lady for ages got on really well and then I got blocked - it happens yes and you move on you just have that nagging "why" what if she pressed block by mistake and thinks you've blocked her that sort of thing, especially if they use fab on a phone it's easy to hit the block without realising it when reading messages.

It's definitely a grrrrrr

...well, given that we exchanged a good few messages after she had seen all that there is of me to see, and all of them were very positive on both sides, that seems unlikely....

How is it her loss?

She has blocked someone she doesn't want to meet. The OP is moaning that he has been blocked by someone he does want to meet. Surely that is very much his loss?

I had a woman message me last week. We were just generally chit chatting. I then paid her a compliment about how she looked in her avatar pic (in which she looked very nice). She then blocked me! Totally baffling Her loss I guess

This happened to me once - then a few days later I could chat with her again; turns out she'd misbehaved (cant rememver what she'd done) and had her profile locked-down by admin

I have just had the same sort of thing.

I have been swapping messages with a couple for a while, and earlier this week we agreed to meet next week. I contacted them today to arrange for Wednesday & they blocked me.

What a waste of time.

Do I report them?

I don't think their behaviour is very commendable, however, I do not think it warrants reporting them....don't think any such report would be taken seriously anyway in that situation...

Baffling and frustrating - exactly - I know it will never happen but a 2 stage block process would be great where you have to say why you block someone would be great - that way at least you know why....

Baffling is the only word to describe it really. Just odd. A bit like if you were talking to someone face to face and they just walked off mid-sentence. Confusing. But this place baffle's quite often so we just move on. Plenty more fish in the sea...

You sure you understand how picky people can be? Being 1 of hundreds dulls the mind.

Hell, I got blocked by a woman after exchanging messages because I mentioned light choking. And she had rough play down.

Some think they're special and use the block button to escape any supposed wrath. Which can be understandable as lots of people don't like being turned down.

It's like unmatching a tinder match. Just have summat else

Not in this situation - not given that this third party proposed doing so in the first place, and not given that the only message is to ask whether it was in error....

No, if you have blocked someone it tells you on the screen that you blocked them, and also how long ago.

If they blocked you, there is no message, just the standard account suspended/they blocked you blurb.
