I prefer E's right boob over her left one and usually the same with most women, which is strange as I'm right handed.

Everyone has a left/right preference (as in using, not sexual) in most things. Right handed women use the muscles slightly more on that side so the right boob tends to be slightly larger than the left and vice versa in left handers. It's not a huge difference but it may be why you are drawn to one over the other OP. That's my theory, anyway.
