Mine has pretty much stayed the same. same weight as when i took them in 2011. The only thing that has changed is im fitter because of all the running i now do.

I'm much fitter cardio wise than i was because i am now running 40 miles a week(see recent feedback mentioning my stamina), but you won't see that from any new pics because i don't really have time to do weights so my muscles won't be any bigger except maybe my calf muscles from all the running.

To be honest my post about not getting fabs from women was a bit tongue in cheek.
