we are a soft swop couple at the moment and i wud be very interested to hear from couples who have said they wud never do full swop but then they find themsleves in a situation where it just happens , how have you felt afterwards..?

We started off as soft swap and maintained that until we both felt comfortable. Once we had done full swap, we didn't just forget soft, in fact we still do soft now as it generally means a more sensual time. But we do full swap if all agree

Our intention was to stay soft, but events did overtake us a little, but not catching us by surprise! We had rules and decided that we wouldn't waive a rule until we spoke about it, so even if we both felt "good" about something, we kept to our rules.

What we did get from this was we never have regretted shagging any playmates as we made that decision in the cold light of day.. But that is just us, now we shag like rabbits if required or lick like a kiddie with a chocolate lolly that is starting to melt for soft swap!... Shame you so fookin far away!

We are soft swop and like you .... might if .... I Paula let go of the shell I and not feel like it would be something a bit to far right now .... Their has been some lovely cocks that I have said no to ... It's not the cocks. Its where I am in my head right now....

We started soft swapping but found it far more fun with the full swap. But it isn't for everyone so do what you think is best.

We started off with soft swapping and in fact have only been full swapping since September. We both knew the time was right for us. We talked about it and in fact we carried on with the soft swap just in case we werent quite ready but we both knew we wanted to see how the other looked whilst swapping with someone else.

I find the idea of a soft swap harder to stomach than a full swap.. Not that we do swaps... as that wouldnt work for us.. (just dont see the point)

I was reading this and thinking that it sounds a much bigger step than just having sex with someone.

I know its each to their own, but surely with a soft swap its intimacy... I would have thought that was harder to brave with others than just sex.

Not saying its right or wrong, just trying to see it from the other side.

We did the soft swing years ago and it fine as it was our first and last venture into it as a whole...the only thing we might consider now is a rub a squeeze and a fondle, same room separate beds etc which can be very exciting...probably not to the more seasoned experienced swingers though....its a great thing we are all born different though and have different limits...

we have tried soft and found it to be very frustrating and left us wanting more... but as someone else said its each to there own and we respect everybodys rules and boundries,

some of our best 'swinging friends' only soft swap and thats cool with us, i guess from our experience soft has been everything but full penetration, but again everybodys definition of soft is different.. we have come across no kissing rules, nothing below the waste

and even a no cuming rule.. which we found quite strange (and possibly extremely frustrating!) but hey, everybodys into this for their own reasons and as long as everybody has fun its all good

This was what raised my question. Guess we are doing it backwards.. I see soft swing as being much more intimate than sex.. That is why I can not understand it being a starting point.. :D

We started off soft swapping in clubs for several months until one night we got together in a playroom with a couple we both really fancied and that was it. We didn't discuss it beforehand, but I knew Rose was finally ready for full swapping when I looked up saw her putting a condom on the guy she was with!

Once we'd actually made the move to full sex things just took off; the same night we also did our first separate room swaps, and two visits later Rose was enjoying her first GB. It took some time before we, and particularly R, were ready. You'll know when it's time.
