i have been thinking of getting a breast enhancement later this year, nothing to ridiculous, im a 32c wanting to go to a 32dd, iv had mixed reactions from guys and girls whom we've met socially at parties etc, just wondered what guys think (and girls 2) should i go for it or keep it real??????????

I don't think nowadays people are that shocked by boob jobs, I feel that if people think the person is doing it for personal reasons (not just to get in the glamour model industry) then thats perfectly fine. Nowadays are they obvious to the touch?

32c isn't exactly small and i personally dont like enhancements. (at least the ones where you can tell...)

But i can only repeat what's been said above, only you can decide.

I have taken the liberty of researching your profile taking extra time to research your photos and I have concluded that you are one hot lady.

Why change perfection? personally i wouldnt have them done.

Has Mr had an opinion after all he's the one who will be seeing them most.

On a more serious note I’m sure you have looked at the medical side effects, and please correct me if I’m wrong as I am sure I am. There will be at some point the need for them to be replaced or removed which will result in more surgery.

Why do people feel the need for surgery? Nature makes us all different for good reason, otherwise we'd all look the same, so why the rush to look uniform? Fashion?......Why not buy some new shoes?

my friend had her done last year, they actually look great, but she put a lot of time into checking out the guy who did them, some boob jobs look naff so always make sure you see his work, and not just pics he shows you lol, before to have them done, you dont always get the size you want it depends how they settle which was something he warned her about befor the op, if its going to make you feel better go for it, she didnt have hers from a vanity point of view, shes not a swingers so does not have them out all the time, she is just very slim so was very flat chested and had them done because years of what people though was playful teasing about her lack of boobs was hurting her, its given her no end of confidance so to me was worth every penny.

All id say is dont just go to the first person who will quote you a good price, ive seen some really dodgy boob jobs where they have gone all lumpy, or look to hard and faulse, just check them out first

thankyou all for your nice comments and good advice, i will defo do research and consider all the pros and cons before i do anything

it could be maybe another year down the line, mr duo is very happy for me to have them done as he says whatever makes me happy makes him happy, im not 100% decided, but in another few years no doubt as we all know gravity takes hold lol!!!!

and im not one for growing old gracefully lol!!!

lol, true, but i could open up a shoe hop the amount i have!!! i understand what your saying but i dont feel the need to have surgery altho i have been considering it for a while, just my personal choice

Too big and they are no good to play with, fine to look at.

My first ex had a boob job took me a few playes to suss it out, though did comment they were bigger than I remember...

They were quite good, they could be plaied with and move around, and of course not too big

As the male half here i would say keep it in proportion, slim then small are great , larger build then larger are good, hell at the end of the day they are all great.

T has large ones and problem can be finding the nicer undies.

I prefer real large or small, its the quality that counts and what you do with them!!!

If it will improve your self image and make you feel better,go for it.

Just make sure you get a good surgeon and check him and previous patients out.

Also,most women I've spoken to after the operation have said they wished theyed gone bigger,worth keeping in mind.

One last thing,get ready for every woman you know wanting to cop a feel.The guys daren't ask.

i have a friend who went to a 32dd and it looks fine shes still in proportion, 32dd not as big as some would think!!!

i would be more than happy to give the girls a feel lol

OK first off, we hate the term "fake"! lol They may have had help, but they are as real as any!

The delightful Mrs Rumour had hers done in 1999 and they look fantastic! Not like two pudding bowls stuck on her chest, but like real boobs, albiet without too much sagging. The way most people tell she had them done is when she lays down. Take a look at the pic of her on the sunlounger in a blue dress...

Quite a few people on here have come up with the most crucial piece of advice. Don't go too big! There is nothing more ridiculous than a small framed woman with massive mawoombers!! As for people wishing they had gone bigger? Not had that, but perhaps they just believe that if it worked well at the size they got, it would work better with bigger!!! Rarely the case.

Someone else said about doing research. When you do, don't dismiss going to Europe for the op, but NOT ex Eastern Bloc countries. Look at Belgium. A friend went there and got a great job at a fantastic price.

We had Mrs R's op in Birmingham and the surgeon was fantastic. (Mrs R thought he was cute too!!) Our daughter had hers done in the same place a few years later, but we understand that it may not be so good now.... So do your research and pop round so we can check em out and compare!! lol

"Fake" boobs are not always about large! Mrs R is not in any way large, but just right for her frame. After 10 years, they look real albiet from a 30 year old!! lol

We have been friends with a couple for about 7 years and in all that time they never realised Mrs R had had the op! If you go for the Pammy look, then you get pudding basins!!! lol

But we love threads like this, tells us who to leave off the "possible" lists!!! lol The rest of you, form an orderly queue lol

i find natrual boobs are the best,small ,big ,pert,saggy, thats the best thing about them ,there all different,

but thats a mans point of vue, i know jo would have them tomorrow if given the chance(well cash),

most women are'nt happy with there boobs after having kid so i do understand why they would want some or if you just want bigger one's,

its a personal thing so i think its best not to judge,

Mind you,we reckon we've seen more dodgy real boobs than fake ones.

Spaniel ears,pitta breads,oranges in socks and balloons half full of water come to mind.

So it all comes down to owner satisfaction in the end.

Thats not to say that not everyone who's had a boob job is 100% happy with the result,although they're probably happier than they were before it.

The bottom line is happiness.

Well of course you can if you see them without any covering, but you would be the first to know Mrs R has "fake" boobs in normal clothes.

Also, those that say they don't like "fake" boobs are making a pretty broad statement... That is like saying you don't like all cars or all holidays! There will be some you don't like, but sure as God made little spiders, there will be some you'll like...

Also2, they are NOT fake!

The boobs are real enough. As real as any out there, just that they have something behind them to push them out!

im interested in all coments good and bad and i thank u all for those who have gave me good advice, my boobs are not 2 bad, even better now that are tanned lol!!!!! but for me its not for confidence as i have some of that

i dont want 2 be huge so i look silly!!! but i have skin 2 fill so they wouldnt look like 2 doughnuts stuck on!!! i just want them 2 look pert and sit a little fuller!! but everyone has their own prefernece and i always say each to their own!!!!!
