Hi ladies - and gents who wish to comment. Apologies if this topic's been discussed before - but if it has I don't remember seeing it!

Whenever I choose to go on a diet - like now - I know I have to carefully judge exactly how much weight I lose!

Now I'm older - if I drop below 10st 7, though my waist, thighs, hips etc look great - I get spaniels ears tits and a gaunt face!

If I go over 11st (I'm now just over that) - my tits look great but the rest of me looks a little too padded!

So - ladies - do you all find that too?

Do you have to do a 'trade off' like I do when on a diet - so you keep some assets looking good but don't lose others??

Xxxxxxxx

I'm willing to have the saggy boobs and stomach if it means my body doesn't hurt as much, carrying all this weight around. Once skin has stretched and you get stretch marks there's nothing you can do about tightening it up. I don't care what others think,if they don't like my body I won't lose sleep about it.

I don't have a set of scales so I have no idea what I weigh

If I lose weight the first thing it goes from is the fattiest place, usually that's my boobs,In which case I just hoik the bra up a little higher

This basically.

Gotta give guys some credit for actually understanding that we aren't perfect, and that our bodies change with age and after having kids.

What invite? You would be a squashed flat little piggy

I don't have exactly the same problem as you, but my body is naturally bottom heavy. So when I exercise, and consequently lose weight, my top half tends to lose fat in my boobs (who would have thought they could get smaller ) and my bottom half stays the same, if not bigger because of muscle mass.

If I gain weight, my bottom half gains at 2 or 3 times the rate of my top half.

So I like to stay around the weight I am now (or 5lbs less) and I don't exercise too much.
