"new shaver use conditioner and lots of baby oil!!" I Dont like a "NEW" Razor Blade - find that i have more chance of cutting myself lol - I get hubbys blade after he shaved once - and it seems fine for at least 2 more pussy shaves lol but yeah, a good splash of baby-oil normally stops the itchy and helps keep the red spots away..

"Just don't use baby oil to shave with! Bleurgh! And afterwards, sudocreme. " I agree, but I use olive oil (from Superdrug not cooking type) and liquid soap, a good quality razor and sudocreme - no rash or red bits - works a treat

"Get them waxed *Her*" That's right waxing will hurt at the time but regrowth takes a while and less grows back. It is if you can take the initial pain with waxing. Strangely you do get to like it a little.

"Well I was told to rub a hot flannel afterwards over the area which supposedly smooths off the cut tips reducing the chance of ingrowing hair and bumps. Also do this over the following days too. No idea if it actually works though... perhaps time for a scientific experiment... women form an orderly queue please! " Hot flannel will open up your pores to bacteria. Cold water will close them. Using a scrunchy sponge on the area to exfoliate every couple of days helps prevent ingrown hairs

It's just a moisturising lotion with aloe vera at my salon. Brazillian isn't as bad as you'd think. It's a little but ouchie but lasts. I can't shave my bits, the itching drives me mad and the regrowth is a pain in the foof *Her*

"one for the ladies pls how can u avoid shavin rash when u shave ur bits " Well I can't wax as I am diabetic and it is a big no no, but find that sensitive skin gel and a good helping of bepanthen nappy rash creme does the trick, and it goes clear with no smell! leaves you as smooth as with no rash xx

"A Bosch sander is guaranteed to leave everything super smooth " alternatively, you could trim first that makes it a lot more gentle.
