I find it difficult getting to sleep every time, even when I'm tired.

What is your bed time ritual before going to bed?

Bed. Browse Fab, Twitter, football forums on phone. Perhaps a little TV or a DVD. Mostly fall to sleep. On occasion toss and turn for hours and can't sleep.
