Does anybody else feel that the lifestyle is dying? For the second consecutive weekend people have pulled out of a house party which is fine, however it's only come to light after I messaged them to confirm attendance. Is it just me or is that really rude?

People either constantly are no shows or go to the other extreme of stalking you and causing grief and stress.

Isn't it supposed to be about mutual respect, fun and socialising? When did life get so serious all the time?

Something isn't quite right then. You can't just keep doing the same thing and hope things will change - try changing something. Location, times, people, messages......
