Thats when our endownment attached to the mortgage pays out, see how much the lying bastards have cheated us out of!

Did anyone else get caught up in this? Thousands could claim for miss selling and get the difference between the actual payout and that promised by the sales staff back. We fell into a group of a few hundred who, because of the time of the mortgage (before 87) were barred from claiming by the rules!

So the 25 grand plus bonuses we were promised is actually worth about 14 thousand now, practically less than we have paid into it!

Just glad that we took action a few years ago to alleviate the problem and whatever cash is paid out will be ours to spend

Yes must admit all the money id been paying into it, was pointless continuing to pay so i cashed mine in, used it to pay off some debts, changed my mortgage to fixed rate and not looked back

mine pays out may25th...when me and the ex got divorced 5 years ago we decided to keep the endowmnt ,,so ill have some cash too but not as much as i as expecting ......
