Can I just ask what is the veris Ettiquette my understanding is that if you veris someone, out of courtesy they south veris you back? ? Also why wouldn't people do that? Is it not just rude?

As in real life some people are just jerks

. I now look at their verification and see

If they have left verification for the other people that have verified them if not I won't do it

Also I find the sort of person who hasn't got the common courtesy to verify back is not the sort of person that I generally have interaction with and am glad i find out about it now rather than later

Tbf, they're mostly from 'straight' guys.

Don't sweat it. It's not a competition. But do try to say something other than 'top guy' or 'nice chunky cock'.

Don't worry about it, ask directly for a veri if you want one. Up to you whether to meet them again or not or do them any more favours after that.

I'm reciprocal and do veri anyone i've met who asks for one or leaves me one.

Only time i want to be verifed is when i've had lots of guys reply to a meet request and i've had to turn down a lot of potential meets, this is mainly so i don't look like a liar or a messer but i don't even have to prove i'm not these things either so it's not too important.

If you do someone a veri and the meet went well , not getting one back is just plain ignorant and rude .

It's possible they can't write I guess , in which case that's fair enough .

Failing that , or that their perception of a good meet is different to yours , it's inexcusable .

Block them , then yours to them won't show on their profile

For me its more about the fact that I'm still meeting. I wasn't able to get 'out' for about 8 months so I wanted recent veris to prove I'm genuine. Plus its nice to prove that I'm not a nutcase

We had this on another profile where the guy verified us and then messaged us demanding that we verified him back. He is the only one we have never verified back x

I don't leave a veri if i didn't have a good time. I've seen posts on the forums by guys on here that sometimes they don't veri a woman because they don't want others to know they've met them for a variety of reasons. But then other posts have said they don't veri because they're not sure what to say.

I veri the people I want to (and actually know the usernames for).

Sometimes I don't know how to express what I want to say, so I wait for the other person to veri first to get an idea of what I want to say.

However, as much as I love getting veri's, I still don't expect them, always afraid of getting bad veri's because I have a habit of being a dickhead

We are not bothered either way, we tend not to show the graphic ones as we really don't feel it's anyone else's business what we do.

We do verify but do not care if they send one back or display it.

We try to keep a recent one up so people know we are still meeting but that's really the only reason

Must admit I really don't mind whether I get a veri off people or not! I have more than enough to prove that I'm genuine and decent company - and I don't need written confirmation to tell me whether the sex was great or not!

To me we all need those precious first few verifications to show we're genuine. After that - are they really necessary?

I quite like my veris not that I've got many (I had a few more but they must have left or blocked me) I like to read people's to see that they're genuine and what they're into.Another reason for not having many is I've been in relationships so I don't play, just read the forums

Plus I've found a lot are time wasters or ego polishers on here, I've had much more fun off another site

I'll verify someone. But I don't want to review someone, so verifications feel awkward.

Who I meet, what I do and how I do it isn't something I want to make Fab public knowledge.

If I was meeting new females frequently I think verifications on show (or available) from other well-known fab users would help make the lady feel safe. But because that's not the case I feel keeping them hidden works for me.

Funny how people read between the lines. I read it at face value (because I don't know them at all) that they were just stating they didn't need verifications to feel secure. I don't find it a big deal either way. If I have a meet then I will post a very. The person then is completely free to choose whether they display the very or not. I can understand if someone doesn't want to display it and I won't lose any sleep over it. They are likely to have their own reasons for showing or not showing and it's not my place to demand it either way. The veris for me are not so much about how many meets you have had but are a way of confirming that you are indeed a real person and are what you say on your profile. For some people, this is useful to know ahead of either contacting for a possible meet or prior to a meet.

I am not bothered if there is no reciprocal very. Again, people have their own reasons for not doing it. It's quite nice to have one if the meet went well, but again, that's really only so that others browsing my profile can see that I am genuine and not just a fake or a stalker. [Not that the two are necessarily mutually exclusive!]

The only problem with that, though, is that people can often be offended if you don't want to display their veri - assuming you may not have enjoyed the meet - which just isn't the case! It's a tricky one!!
