Where's the naughtiest part if the country??

I live in between three counties essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire....

There are some naughty people in all these three but where do fabbers think the naughtiest people are from? And why?

The North West!

Within an hour's drive of my house I could name at least a dozen clubs/swinging hotels/party venues!
