So I have been in here a while (before) and I'm wondering what people's opinions are on...

People who are constantly online but yet state too busy to meet or actually tell you they are too busy to meet...

Is it attention seeking? Fake ? Scared to meet or just .... Dreaded tw's

I waste a lot of time here.

I'm not meeting at the moment, it's not because I don't have time. I don't give excuses, I just say no thanks. I've not wasted anyone's time but my own.

Is it perhaps them being polite and it's just you they don't want to meet? Sometimes I think it does more harm than good to give out excuses if you don't want to meet someone. No thank you should be enough. Accept that and move on.

they may be too busy at that time and just surfing. They may forget you as you have not sparked interest or not be their type or they could just be being polite and telling you (if you are getting it regularly from them), to go away..?

Chams or Socials

I am genuinely too busy.

I'm a single parent & get 1 night off a week. I have real life friends that I like to see & family I'm quite fond of too.

It's also 40th birthday year so parties & girlie nights away.

I've met some lovely gents on here that I like seeing more than once too.

So although we maybe online, our lives do not revolve around fab.

My Own Little World

A variation of all of the above.

I am sure that many, many people have logged in at work to check their messages or to perv, so yes there is a good chance they aren't free to meet at that time.

I rarely log out so I can seem to be online a lot but actually haven't been on here for hours.

You should, perhaps, recognise the difference between taking the time to organise baby sitters, getting the time to get ready, travel distance, arranging the meet in the first place etc OR sitting having a cup of tea and browsing this site.

Just because you're on this site several times a day doesn't mean you have the actual time to go out and have sex with relative strangers or a social meet does it?

We often leave the computer logged in to Fab while we are doing other things, and drop in and out as time permits.

There is a difference between being able to spend a couple of minutes online checking the forums and having time to prepare for and go to a meet

I'm online loads: on the way to work, lunchtimes, coffee breaks, before bed...

Fucking short meet if I have to squeeze in there.

Also, even when I am looking to meet, I may publicly say "I'm not meeting" because I'm quite capable of arranging my own meets.

Since most people have smartphones these days it's highly likely there s fair few have the website in running in the background.

This would make them appear constantly online ... Even if they're not aware of it.

People don't have to meet just because they're online. I'm on here now while I'm cooking tea, or I'll go on while I'm doing numerous other things. Does in no way mean I'm a time waster because, actually I do meet! And it also doesn't mean people are time wasters when they can't meet when you (or anyone) can. Both parties have to be free at the same time, not when one demands

Is it just that the OP is getting frustrated that there appears to be some people on here who, despite logging into a sex site, aren't wanting to fuck him right now?

I mean someone on a sex site must be able to fuck right now, surely?

Anyone?

Why should we??

I freely admit I penned my own profile purely for my own amusement and that of my friends!

I use fab primarily for the forums and for information on clubs, parties and socials - and to stay in touch with people I meet at these events. I point out on my profile that I rarely meet from fab itself - but occasionally someone rather lovely comes along - so I meet - eventually! The rest of the time I simply enjoy the banter! That ok with you op?

Single parent previously (although with Mr now) we have time when we have finished work to chill out and maybe grab some dinner but then exhausted and all we want to do is veg in front of the TV or catch up with our teens ... we meet at parties and select clubs, but haven't been for a good few months - planning our first social in a long time on Thursday and hopefully followed by a few nights of fun over the next few weeks. BUT, I am working six days a week from 7 am until at least 6 pm, so that means busy to me .. and if not busy, then tired.

Hope your recovery goes well. Best thing I ever had done, honestly.

Back to the Op, we both tend to leave Fab open in a window on our phones. I doubt we ever appear to be offline between us especially as I like the Forums. Organising to both be in the same place to meet during the working week is difficult, family and friends take priority over Fab at other times. Fab is a part of our lives, our lives don't revolve around it.

I find it hard to understand how any of the above makes them a time waster?

If they had agreed to meet you and not turned up, then fair comment.

If they state too busy or not meeting, then you simply pass on by and nothing lost.

Swinging isn't just about having sex with as many people as you can in as short a time as possible. Some people enjoy the social side too.

If a profile says not meeting or busy and you contact them anyway, surely it's you that's wasting your own time?

I don't have to meet anyone regardless of how much time I spend on here. I rarely browse profiles. I don't always read messages when I come online, I tend to go straight for the forum.

I access fab mainly from my phone. I keep myself constantly logged on and I just click off my browser when I've finished, so maybe I show as online constantly, I'm not really sure. Either way people can think what they like and I shall continue to do things my way

Another reason why i hate my gender is this thread. If your in a constant chat loop have some balls and either go for gold or pansy out!

I've had about a decent success rate with chatters with just showing all my cards with confidence, I'm not gorgeous, I'm not even pretty, I am however very good at making women orgasm and relaxing them. (mostly cos I'm not a lying sack of shit, I show up prepared and I make the effort to show the woman she's not just a notch on my bed post)

........

Now I'm tired, I shouldn't be surprised by these threads... not everyone has empathy, compassion or any background in helping anyone except themselves

Hey chill man it's life, some will meet some won't ,some will answer some won't ,some are addicted to fab some admit it some are in denial, some will fancy you some won't,some will criticise your grammar some won't ,as tom hanks once said" life is like a box of chocolates" ,yummy but remember he's an actor not a philosopher ,this place is life because the people here are real some have fake profiles and pics but they are still real people that's who they are ,sex is a luxury and luxuries can be shelved sometimes for more important things ,just know from this moment onwards that people will let you down ,that way you won't be disillusioned when it happens xx hugs
