Do any guys have experience of using vacuum pumps, do they make you extra hard and how long does the hardness last??

I have one - same as I have nipple and pussy pumps, they are toys, good for a laugh or sensation play. They do make you bigger, more veined or more pronounced, though it isn't long lasting, maybe an hour or so?? Used right they are a good addition to play/sex/role play. Though if you go to hard on them they can slightly burst the blood vessels
