I always got impression it was used for dating as well as 'meets' so there would be a higher chance of meeting someone you would know from vanilla life. So if you put that you just after X, Y, Z it could be more "awkward" than if on here..?

I think we all get how deceit works, and that by definition the lady doesn't know she's being lied to. Just that maybe in some people's eyes the fact she's in blissful ignorance doesn't make you a nice guy.

Admittedly, you're not stealing their life savings or murdering them so if your case is shit happens and I'm not as bad as some, then you have a point.

Never met a single guy on POF that actually wanted a relationship, they all seem to bullshit to get sex, or you don't 'put out' on the date, then you never here from them again, yet the site is designed for dating leading to relationships not casual encounters .

Just had another POF account deleted by admin. I'm open about my intentions in a roundabout way. It censors certain phrases so I always used to substitute "$ex" and "t!ts" etc. "Fun" is borderline outlawed though!

Met an ex on there, but when I joined for casual meets didn't find much compatible people tbh (cock teases or wedding ring searchers). Still chat with a couple off people off there but not a patch on Fab. Will probably join again a some point but not in a rush!

I tried POF when i was single, think i recommended Fab to most i spoke too, and most joined here, least here they didnt have to sugarcoat the fact the had no interest in relationships...
