As with any group in society in general, you will find a number of pregnant women and also those trying to conceive.

Most couples who are trying to conceive tend to keep it to themselves, it is not something that most people tell others, both irl and on fab.

As for pregnant, you will find a mixed cross section on here. Some will take a break, others openly play.
