I guess a major factor is whether the guys has ejaculated recently. I think the optimal time is more than 3 or 4 days isnt it?

I guess other factors come into play also such as penile length, quality and rigidity of erection, degree and length of stimulation etc#

Nope the best way is to keep edging the guy.... Bring a guy right to the edge and change what your doing just enough to stop him cumming, then do it again.. and again...
