If you had arranged with someone a meet time and asked them to confirm with a clear yes or no to the meet on th day while chatting and they signed off without contact, would you go to the meeting point?

Yes I would, well it depends how far, if a mile or so away I would walk, but not if it was longer.

Nope...won't go to a meet until I have a phone number and normally insist that we have spoken on the phone at least one time before any meet.

Yes I always speak on the phone as well. This meet was arranged a week ago and have spoken today by text but no confirmation and not answering when I tried to phone.

No because its a bit rude of them not to confirm. You need to know yay or nay before you spend your time.

No. Wait for the excuses as to why they didn't confirm later.

That seems very rude. So we wouldn't go. Courtesy costs nothing.

Nope, I won't even get in the shower now without a firm confirmation!! Even if someone is just rude enough not to be clear it's a big turnoff for me and I tend to just say 'Forget it, another time maybe'.

Personally no, I would want to speak to them on the phone first though

No! that's why I like to get to know someone before meeting, chat on here, chat on the phone a couple of times, then excited text messages on the day, a text to say they have left and even a text to give an eta. Looking at your pics I definitely would be confirming yes! sorry, couldn't help myself!

No definitely not. It's only polite to confirm.

Definitely not! What's more sus is when they agree to meet then don't show. That sort of behaviour makes us both very suspicious!

To begin with they arranged and said yes?

Your asking the day of the meet is it still a yes and they're not responding?
